F. Ron Newbury believes that our fundamental rights must be preserved and protected or our system of governance will fail. Ron has stood up to some of the world's largest corporations to defend workers who have been wrongfully discharged, resulting in substantial settlements. Ron has successfully confronted government agencies that have threatened the livelihoods of its workers, and has represented ranchers and business owners against government abuses of power, particularly where specious criminal charges are prosecuted against our citizens. Ron has been pursuing efforts through the courts to overturn rulings that have eviscerated sections of our constitution, and restore the balance of power to the people, who, as the governed, alone grant permission to be governed.
