International Trade
While in Washington, D.C., Ron worked on nearly every major international trade initiative to facilitate free and fair trade. While working for the World Trade Center's Montana office, Ron was the State of Montana's Liaison to the U.S. Ex-Im Bank to assist Montana and regional businesses in financing the exportation of their products. In his capacity with the World Trade Center, Ron also worked with the U.S. Trade Representative to thwart punitive tariffs against select U.S. wood products.
